About me : Hi, I’m Beth Richards—a Texas-born author, wife, and mom of two who writes the kind of stories I love to read: sweeping romance, rich history, and plots that refuse to stay in just one century. Most of my best ideas hit somewhere between that dreamlike moment before waking and the early morning chaos of family life. When I’m not writing, I’m usually behind a camera photographing the people I love, crocheting something half-finished, singing in the kitchen, or wondering where I left my coffee (again). My debut series, The Timeless Courtship, brings together everything I adore—time travel, Regency drama, a bit of mystery, and heartfelt characters who don’t always fit the mold (and sometimes challenge fate itself). My life has been shaped by the outdoors, disability advocacy, and a deep Christian faith, and I think that grit and grace find their way into everything I write. I write for the romantics, the misfits, and anyone who believes history gets a lot more interesting with a little magic—and maybe a bit of mud. If you’re into slow-burn love, found family, sword fights, old letters, or modern girls who’d rather swing an axe than faint in a corset, then we’re going to get along just fine.

One Day at a time: A Devotional for Special Needs Parents Written from one weary heart to another.
